Good food, good service. Went with a group and everything was fine. Except got 1 pack of honey mustard with 5 pieces of chicken. Others got 3 packs of dressing for salad. Didn't get opportunity to ask for more by the time everyone was served. My own fault but didn't want to stop other people from getting their food first just for sauce. I'll know better next time if I go back.

Have eaten at Gibson's for years. They have excellent food consisting of barbeque (pork, beef, chicken), and a great assortment of sides including baked beans, potato salad, and hush puppies. Also have delicious pies. However, this is the only business, restaurant or other, I have ever known that doesn't have a consistent closing time. They just randomly decide when to close day to day. It is extremely frustrating as we travel from a considerable distance to eat at Gibson's, and multiple times have arrived to find that they arbitrarily decided to close early. This is the most ridiculous practice that I have ever witnessed, and the reason I rated so low. Consumers should be able to consistently rely on a restaurant's posted hours of operation!

A great place for our high school luncheon every 3 months. Quick a courteous service. Thanks for putting up with 15 or more ladies, all talking at the same time.

Are family bought four different dinners beef, turkey, pork and dark chicken meals. We all decided to share it. BBQ was the best l have ate . The beef, turkey, pork and chicken was juicy, tender and moist. And the bbq sauce was very good.

Food maybe used to be good, but is terrible now. The ribs were overcooked and gritty. The pulled pork was dry and flavorless, like all the fats had been cooked out and no salt/vinegar/smoke. Even the green beans were canned with a bit of butter on them. Staff were awful, having mean conversations about immigrants. Avoid.
